What Toltur does
Toltur answers three questions.
Small devices are fixed to a vehicle, or to the equipment being carried, and measure how it actually moves throughout the journey. The data streams to a central platform, where it becomes live alerts, trends and an auditable record of what happened, where and when.
Is this vehicle or asset moving the way it should?
Every reading is checked against the thresholds you set, so movement outside them is flagged as it happens.
Where on the route is the ride getting worse?
Each reading carries its GPS position, so rough sections of track or road show up by location and over time.
Can we prove how smoothly this journey went?
Time and location stamped records, kept unaltered, give you evidence for claims, inspections and handovers.

Measure
Each device records movement in three axes at 100 to 500 samples per second and tags it with GPS position.

Alert
Alerts are designed to reach users within 2 seconds, then confirmed against the full data to filter out false alarms.

Protect
If the connection drops, the device keeps recording and only deletes data once the platform confirms it is saved.

Analyse
Movement events are classified as Minor, Moderate or Major against thresholds you set.

One web control panel manages up to 400 devices, with activation by geofence and early warning on battery and memory.

Every reading is time and location stamped. Raw data is kept unaltered alongside the processed results, and every calibration, alert and system action is logged, so findings can be audited.
No lost data.
Devices never overwrite or delete data until the platform confirms it is stored. Data stays live for 3 months and is archived for 24 months, or longer by contract, so the evidence is still there when a claim arrives.

Encrypted communications with a unique certificate per device, multi-factor sign-in, and cloud hosting in a location the client can specify.
