Measure
Every device records raw movement continuously and tags each reading with time and location.

Alert
The device checks every reading against your thresholds as it is taken, so an alert does not wait for the next upload.
- Alerts designed to reach users within 2 seconds for 95% of alerts while a device is connected
- Each alert is confirmed or dismissed against the full data, which filters out false alarms
- If the connection drops, alerts are stored and sent on reconnection with their original time
- Repeat alerts on the same event are held back, so a sustained bump does not flood your team

Protect
Recorded data is never lost between the device and the platform.
- Data leaves the device only after the platform confirms it is saved
- Recording continues through connection drops and catches up when the link returns
- The device never overwrites data that has not been sent
- A mirrored database takes over automatically if the primary has a problem

Readings become events, trends and comparisons you can act on.
- Movement events classified as Minor, Moderate or Major against thresholds you set
- Ride quality trended over any period from one hour to three months
- Each asset compared with the fleet average, so the one developing a problem stands out
- Locations with consistently high movement highlighted along the route
- Repairs logged and compared before and after, to show whether they worked
